Actually the pinterest button only show which blog post having the image.
Is it possible provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this issues in IE9? Please advise.

Yep here ya go, I'm assuming this isn't public. However the same issues are on your own demo so might not be just my version.

I tried to change your template to "Protostar", it seems like the 2 share button is appear when you loading in the IE9 browser.
Could you mind consult with your template provider regarding this issues and see how it goes.
