Link turning up wrong

When I click on the Writer's Corner category from this page it shows up as this

http://theseedsowerz.com/transmedia/categories/writers-corner

and the page is all mess up

It should show up as this

writers-corner/categories/writers-corner

Where do I download the SH404SEF plugin?

It seems like you still using very old version of Komento, can you try update to latest version of Komento and see how it goes?
