Hi, I have installed Kommento integrated with Zoo. Users in Komento are now linked to a Komento profile that shows their comments and activities etc. in Komento. I would like to have the users linked to a wider user profile.
I have noticed that Komento can be integrated with Community Builder. I therefore wonder if it is only the avatar from community Builder that appears with the comments or if also the avatar/ user may be linked to Community Builders user profile.

Hello Heidi,

Can you check here: Komento > Integrations > (component) > Layout > Avatar > Use Komento User Profile = off ?

Perhaps if this issue is till persist, can you provide us with backend access and ftp access as well so that we are able to assist you on this issue much quicker.

Yes. Komento can be linked to Community Builder if you integrate Komento with Community Builder and I hope this answers your question about "wider user profile".

Hello Mohd,

I have integrated Komento with Community Builder. Komento grabs the Avatar from CB in comments, but the user is still linked to Komento's profile. Is it possible to link the user to CB's user profile when commenting in Komento? How is that eventually done?

Yes, that worked this time. I mean I tried it before without luck, but I have probably also done other changes meanwhile.
