1) That the text area for the terms of service match the amount of text contained in it. Right now I have only two lines of text within a gigantic text box. Makes for a terrible presentation.

Hm, could you please provide a screen shot of this? Not really sure if I understand you correctly here.

2) that a user be able to click on a link that opens the full terms of service agreement in a scrollable pop-up window.

Number 1 (box way too big) seems to be the default setting, as I ran into both these issues when I tried the field. You should be able to see for yourself if you add a terms field and look at the registration page in the front end.

In the end, I had to resort to creating a checkbox field, set to required. I was also able to add a link to the terms, but I haven't figured out yet how to get it to open up the terms article in a module window.

Would be great to get the box fixed and the link to terms added in 1.3.

Terms and conditions would definitely be revised in 1.3 and the ability to display the terms and conditions in a popup is a must.

Hope the terms of service is addressed in the next version. That would be great.
