When i create a workflow I would like to add a possibility to link to another member / page.

To explain this.
I have a member performing in a music room. He creates a public event to show where he is performing.

The venue location is also a member and hosts a music venue page at our community.

The member that is performing in the music venue is creating a new page with the details of the music venue but that same venue page is already created by the venue owner. I would like to add a possibility that the member can use one click to include the music venue page.

Did I overlook this possibility?

BTW, I hope that the team had a great time together last weekend!

Hi there,

BTW, I hope that the team had a great time together last weekend!

Thanks! We do enjoy them and having a great time together

Currently, based on your requirement, the only way you can achieve this is by including this https://take.ms/3X5Fy(URL field) into your events workflow. By using this fields, you can add URL for that page/member profile on your events so that users can easily check them.

As for an example, you can manipulate them accordingly as you can see here https://take.ms/3ZGBX. Maybe i have miss-understand your requirement here, can you provide us with more details so that we can understand them better.

Thanks for your quick reply.

I think that I understand what you mean with the URL.

To make sure that we both talking about the same question:

A Page member added an address with its music venue location, so the location address and name is already known by ES.
Now another member (artist) creates an event on his own page and he is performing in this page members location.

It is not possible that ES recognized the address that is already in the ES database so the location and the event are linked?

Hi there,

It is not possible that ES recognized the address that is already in the ES database so the location and the event are linked?

Oh, if that so, it is not possible achieve this currently

The only way to achieve this is by creating events on the pages itself. There are no such way for ES to intelligently detect them currently

Thanks for your understanding.
