In Easyblog 5 already no more this shorten URL available in Twitter autopost section is because by default Twitter will automatically shorten it for you.

twitter cant short link in the persian link or Eb5 problem

If I recall correctly, if you are viewing your own post, Twitter will display the full link. But if you are viewing with another person's account, you will see the shortened url.

​This twit refer to the account has been set on my EasyBlog and showing up directly on my twitter by EasyBlog. on last version there was an option that allowed to choose some link shortener provider and submit posts on twitter without any problem.
now there is a big problem with Persian Language links! the 'Persian' links sends incomplete on twitter by EasyBlog. i think you should restore last EasyBlog (3.x) options for new version to fix Persian Languages problems.

Do you mean that when you submit a post, the Twitter didn't generate a proper link?

If yes, can you provide us with your Joomla backend, Twitter and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

I will consult with our developer regarding this and re-consider see is it can add back this in Easyblog 5. I will keep you update on this.

i think there must be options for choosing link shortener provider for example 'goo.gl' or other reliable systems. this option can improve EasyBlog system and it's useful for users
