Link of Module EasyBlog latest blogs includes item ID

Hi,

I presented 4 EasyBlog latest blogs module in a homepage. When I click to the title of category, it links to the layout to view all entries in that category but with itemID of the homepage. So the layout is not displayed correctly. It still includes the modules in a home page. Sorry for my bad explanation. Please check the screenshot:

So I wonder, is there any way to remove the item ID of the menu homepage in this link?

I have apply some fix on your site. Can you verify this issue for me is it solved?
DIR: /modules/mod_latestblogs/mod_latestblogs.php Line: 31 and EasyBlog SEO setting = Default.
