link of blog article is not correct

On this page http://www.spliffseeds.nl/nl/wiet-zaden-kopen.html we have this article "vijf extra redenen om Spliff wiet zaden te kopen!" however if you click on the article you get a 404.

Now i see the link is not correct how to change this link? the good link must be http://www.spliffseeds.nl/nl/vijf-extra-redenen-om-spliff-wiet-zaden-te-kopen.html
with out the question mark in it.

It seems like you are using MijoSEF and their extension is actually generating the urls for EasyBlog's permalink, http://screencast.com/t/o03yCmbgmoi

I would suggest that you get in touch with the guys at MijoSEF to look into this since they are the one that is providing the MijoSEF plugin for EasyBlog.
