I posted a test comment in the following article

The link in the email notification was this:

"Stories" is my main menu item. When it is removed from the link the link to the comment works fine.

I also attempted to configure the settings to get a notification within easysocial system notifications. I appear to have the settings turned on to receive a notification but I do not get one.

Okay, i found the root issue, it seems like that is our bug which pass the ajax URL wrongly.

I already applied some fix into your following files, both issue should work fine now.

JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/ajax/ajax.php
JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/easyblog.php


And this fix will included in next release version as well.
