Hello,

I've been using the 'ask a question' green button on my website and it's been working fine. Over the past few days, I've managed to break the link.. I've been changing around some menu items and I can only assume this is how I've broken it, but I can't be sure.

I cannot give you admin access, however can you please tell me where in the backend I can view the page that this module is supposed to show (and used to show)? It's completely disappeared from the front end and I have no idea where to locate it in the backend now since I did not set up this page originally... Would it be in easydiscuss settings? I couldn't find any settings showing the link in the module settings.

Thank you
Hello Rachel,

The link to the ask a question page should be something like this, index.php?option=com_easydiscuss&view=ask .

Hello Rachel,

I can't really tell what the problem is actually unless we access the site to assess the problem. There's no settings that I can recall of that would break the "Ask a question" page but how do I reproduce this issue on your end?

Hi Mark,

Unfortunately I am not authorised to give you access .

Can't you just tell me where the 'ask a question' page is located in the backend, please? As in..... is in the 'ask a question' layout of easy discuss? Or is this separate? Where does the button navigate you too, when working?

Then I might be able to work out the issue.

Thanks!
