Is your host webhostface.com? The error is being thrown from the plugin SiteApps for Joomla. If that plugin is exclusive to your host, you'll want to contact them on configuration problems.

Thanks David for sharing. You can easily hide this notice from displaying by turning off the error reporting. You can find the setting here: backend > System > Global Configuration > Server > Error reporting = none.
