The carousel has many old articles.
I really would just want recent featured articles.
also, I don't need the blog section under the carrousel to have all the articles from my site, as it seems to have.
Using easy blog , am I supposed to have all articles authored with easy blog tools^
Thanks ahead.
I realize that I just haven''t taken the time to learn the system properly, but looking forward to your reply.
Thanks
Hello Stuart,

Not entirely sure if I understand you here but do correct me if I am not understanding your issue correctly. Based on my understanding, you do not want old articles to appear in the featured area highlighted here, http://take.ms/Nq4FF . Am I correct? If that is the case, all you need to do is to ensure that the post isn't featured.

As for your second question regarding articles authored in EasyBlog, yes if you want the posts to appear under EasyBlog, you will need to create the posts with EasyBlog's editor.

Thanks for the fast reply
I actually don't write that often
I have some authors who give me weekly articles , but I don't consider them featured.
Is there a way to automatically make old articles, simply disappear
The content in the carousel is very old

Hello Stuart,

When you compose a blog post, you can actually specify the unpublish date. This is your best bet to automatically make them dissapear from the blog, http://take.ms/2evdr

The posts that appears in the carousel are featured posts, and if you want to remove them from the carousel, you just need to unfeature them, http://take.ms/HWSeV
