Hi

Is there a limitation on how comments or pages of comments can be attached to one post. Our customer has one post that has 9 pages of comments and what happens now is that a new post, while being published, is not shown in the frontend.

https://deleeuw.nl/blog/582-verborgen-gebreken-4-5-voorbeelden-uit-de-praktijk-rechters-aan-het-woord

I tried to find a setting in the easyblog backend to fix this but cant find any setting that wud be helpfull. Any pointers u can give me?

regards

Hey Jeroen,

Hm, not sure if I understand you here. When you mean reactions, do you mean comments or the reactions, http://take.ms/I7k5au ?

Hey Jeroen,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to the site to troubleshoot this?

Hey Jeroen,

Actually I still lost here regarding with your current issue.

Do you mean you would like to show all the comment in one page without showing comment pagination?

No, there is one specific comment with ID 4388 that does refuses to show up in a comment thread. Mark already testen with posting in the thread https://deleeuw.nl/blog/woningmarkt/582-verborgen-gebreken-4-5-voorbeelden-uit-de-praktijk-rechters-aan-het-woord?start=160#comments and it seems to work normally, so i guess its a specific issue with the ID for some reason.

We made a carbon copy of the site for u guys and its available with joomla and ftp access, IF u show me how to PM u guys the login settings...

// edit //

Ive attached the logins to the initial post

Aaah thats why we could not find the post. How did you find it, any way i can myself locate an ID in a thread? And any possibility to move it to the correct position at the back of the thread?

I check the database image you send with your latest reply, tried to change the parent ID into 0 but that didnt change the position of the post in the thread. Did i do something wrong there?

Anyways for now i just removed the post and reposted it on behalf of the original poster, its now at the back of the threat again. I now understand how to find posts (via sql admin)
