how to limit the number of points earned per day with the comments or a rule?

I am really sorry but currently it's not possible to set a "daily threshold"

Oh my god... I need absolutly this. Have you any proposal to me to do it and that i can integrate to easysocial? a component or anything ?

Hm, you can actually add your own hacks if you want into /administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/points/points.php . Take a look at the @assign method.
