Limit per page in Version: 3.1.8669 not working from General Layout Settings.

Yes you are right. The Limit per page is to limit your discussion in the front page and Enable replies pagination is to limit how much replies that loads up. If this still does not work please send me your backend and FTP so that i can check this out.
