Limit Page status updates to page owner only?

Is there a setting to keep page followers from posting status updates on a page? I only want the page owner to be able to post updates, and allow followers to comment. I can't find such a setting.

Also, on the Dashboard news feed, is the 'Everyone' feed the only one that will show updates from pages you are following?

You would need to add the "Stream Permissions" custom field into the Page category as you can see here, http://take.ms/gVZ4E . Once you have added this field into the pages, when you edit your page you will see the options here, http://take.ms/w2sG6
