i think there´s a problem with the sense of rating and commenting.

First: one person can rate more than one, and this make the destroy the authentic overall-rating.
question: is there a possibility (configuration) to limit RATING only ONCE to the same person (ip) ?

second: i want to limit comments to ONCE per person (ip) too.
question: is there a possibility (configuration) to limit COMMENTS only ONCE to the same person (ip) ?

I want to buy Komento, but in fact, these points must be possible for my customer.
