Limit event creation to page owners

Hi,
How can we limit the event creation to page owners ?
I don't want anyone else but them creating events.

Here are the steps involved.

1. Make sure this custom field is added into the page's workflow. If not, add it and save: http://take.ms/Ef4tJ

2. For pages that uses this workflow, you can now configure this option in the creation/edit page(http://take.ms/XYXVh).
