I use virtual domains and in the same joomla i have 3 sites for the research groups. I can change the modules depending of the menu that i use. If i select for example Blog1, in the menu parameters y set the category 1, in the Blog 2 menu y set the category 2, and in Blog3 y set category to 3.
The publications showed corresponds to each category so its fine. But if in the toolbar i press categories the i show category1 category2 and category3, not only the selected in the menu parameters.
And i don´t know if that can be limited or not

Unfortunately, the categories link in the toolbar only shows all categories and is not designed to show a particular category.

With that said, if you do not want to display that link, you can always disabled it with this setting(http://take.ms/IMQLR).

Thank you, i was thinking that but i prefer to ask. I have disable the toolbar and replace with modules.
