I just tested on my android phone and iPad device, it seems I can able to react to a test post.

Perhaps you can update me which phone model you can replicate this? It would be best if you can record a video for this so we can better have a check.

Are you able to select which react? I cannot get the list to appear on this iPad.

I can able to select which react, but after tested several times on different stream item, it seems like got some difficult to show that reaction selection pop up, I will log this into issue issue tracker and see if our developer can do something about this.
