Currently when liking a stream post there really isn’t much way for me to tell that I have liked it because after having liked it the like button still says like. Shouldn’t it change to unlike? Or something along those lines?

Currently we differentiate the state with the colour is because now we allow user to add reaction in the stream, so it will show more than 1 reaction included like.
