hi,

1. how can i translate the word "Close"?
2. how can i hide here the Image Caption Text and show it only if User changed the Title in Media Manager?
where is the setting wich add a additonial "20141206" Date into Uploaded files Text?

thanks
Hello Rene,

Sorry for the late reply.

1. You can go to this file: ../media/foundry/3.1/scripts/fancybox.js and change 'Close' on line 86. And you have to re-compile the js for Easyblog by accessing this URL : http://www.yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_easyblog&compile=1&minify=1 .

2. I believe it is the file name itself. Because I've tried to upload an image and there is no additional date in front: http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-12-15_1034.png

Hello Rene,

Regarding this issue:
how can i hide the Image Caption Text in Lightbox Popup and show it only if User changed the Title in Media Manager to a Title which make sense to viewer?
I am sorry but this cannot be done in the current system. You should change the image title first before uploading it to media manager.

Hope this will help and please keep us updated then.
Thanks.

hi,

about the Upload in Media Manager and additonial "20141206" Date in Uploaded files:

-The issue iscaused by Upload with iPad/iOS

1. i'm only able to select one Image from iPad Mediathek and not two or more for the same upload
2. if i select the first image and upload then i get a name like = image.jpg
3. if i upload the same image again the i get the same name = image.jpg
4. if i check then both uploaded images in Folder My Media then is the first Image name = image.jpg and the second uploaded = image_20141219-175018_1.jpg

Hello Rene,

Currently, the media manager does not support ipad / ios but we are working on mobile compatibility in EasyBlog 5. If you want us to look into this right now, I think it would just be a duplicate work because we will have to stall the development work for EasyBlog 5 just to accommodate the existing EasyBlog 3.9 to work on iOS. The reason that it isn't working as intended is because of the plupload library which doesn't support that.

I know this may be unfair to you but what I would suggest is that you wait for EasyBlog 5 and let us complete it as soon as we possibly can

hi Nik, i have changed the word "Close" and some other to my native language and recompiled the js. the question is now wich files i have to delete in cloudflare cache to see the changes?

Hi Rene,

I am sorry for the late reply.
I'm assuming you're using the latest version of EasyBlog, your site should have this files:
1. easyblog-3.9.19775.optimized.min.js
2. easyblog-3.9.19775.optimized.js
3. easyblog-3.9.19775.static.min.js
4. easyblog-3.9.19775.static.js

So, I believe in your cdn (cloudflare) should have the older version of js files. You can remove them from the server and replace it with these files. Please give this a try and see if this resolves the issue.

Looking forward to hear from you again.
