Lightbox activation

Hi,

In our blog post there was lightbox on images inserted into posts. After updating to easyblog 5, lightbox are not active anymore, any idea where I can find that?

OK I found. there was 2 problems. I re-install the whole component and it add me an additional script with a checkbox for adding a lightbox and to define sizes. So it works!

Hey Tristan,

The lightbox should be picked up automatically by our scripts. Are there any js errors on the page which may prevent that? Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Also, can you provide us with the link to the post so that I can view this?

yes it's on our blog, seems a class is missing on the <a> + the content: https://www.joomunited.com/news/wordpress-remote-file-download

Are you on 5.0.29? I recalled fixing this in one of the earlier releases. If you are already on the latest version, is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hi,

Yes I just update from a 5.0.? to 5.0.29. The problem was there before and after update.
Regarding the server it's a bit tricky to open an FTP access. Any chance you know witch file I need to edit?

Hey Tristan,

That was very hard for us if troubleshoot this issue without connect with your FTP server.

Can you discuss with your webhosting provider regarding the FTP access?

By the way, also can you provide us following details as well?
#1. Joomla backend access
#2. provide us some screenshot with which insert image button you mentioned at above
