It seems i am able to replicate this issue locally. I've logged this issue and will include in upcoming release.
For now to resolve this issue, find attached file and replace with below mentioned path.
root\administrator\components\com_payplans\includes\subscription\subscription.php

After replacing file , please take a look again on this issue and let me know if still issue persist.
