Hi everyone. I need some in and advice. Does easysocial have some kind of setting to display a Liability Disclaimer or something like that? I don't want any difficulties in the future of someone being upset because someone put pictures on the network with out there consent. Obviously the user can block the other user or I can remove the user if he/she doesn’t stop, but then it stops there, no more other court problems.

Thanks James
Hello James,

Hm, I think you would be better off creating a "custom html" module and place the module within the footer position of your template rather then relying on EasySocial to display this because the module could then appear on all pages

James brings up a good point, websites quite often have a agree to terms checkbox when registering to protect site owners from user liability.

Hello James,

If you want the users to "click to accept", you should do it during registering and you can utilize the "terms" custom field for this
