It would be great if we could upload a library of beautiful cover images that users can immediately choose from when creating their account or editing their account, in addition to allowing them to upload a cover. In many cases, it seems they will simply not upload a cover. Presenting the option to choose from a library might simplify and incentivize them to add a cover.

Another option is to have ES integrate with Pexels or Pixabay for the cover option, although i prefer an uploaded library.
