Hi,
I have added a UNITY Easy Social module to one of my page locations. WHen I visit that page, I can see under the 'What's going on in the Community' the right column is there showing all the activity, but the left column is missing - which is supposed to show 'Online Users', Leaderboard, and 'Recent Albums'.

What could be the reason for that? Please advise how to fix it. Thanks.
Thanks Mark for your quick response. That really answered my questions.

My follow-up question is how to allow public to see all current feed item/activities on the Unity page. Currently only members can view them.

I'm still learning how to set everything up, so please bear with me if I ask some basic questions. Thanks again.

Hello Shaw,

Those items on the left are actually "modules". You just need to publish them under the es-unity-sidebar-top or es-unity-sidebar-bottom position and they'll appear on the unity page

Hello Shaw,

It really depends on the user's privacy If the users are restricting their items from the public view, then it wouldn't be visible. You can mass reset this by editing the user from the back end under the privacy tab or you can mass reset a group of users in a profile by editing the custom profile

Thanks again. That makes sense.

Another question I have is it looks like the Search in the Toolbar doesn't function at all some time. As I type in anything in there, but nothing is being fetched back - I'm sure I have lots of info on the site already, so it should give out some results. Is there sth that I didn't set up correctly here?

Thanks.

Hello Shaw,

Hm, I can't really tell if there's an error unless I try it on the site. Is there a way for us to debug this? By the way, I wouldn't be around for the next 26 hours and I am catching a flight to Boston in a bit. I will get someone else to help you out with this but do take note that it's actually a public holiday here in Malaysia

Thats what i want to tell in another thread with unity: when the privacy is set to members only as standard, the unity view will show nearly nothing. or just a little bit, outdated posts where user set the privacy to public... and that is what i find counterproductive as they will think there is not much going on in the community..
