It seems that "Leaderboard" module is not appeared in users and dashboard layout as you can see here http://screencast.com/t/IPJX5BhRQ1oZ and http://screencast.com/t/zSMYrcxv. Maybe got some cache on your browser or site or maybe i have replicated it wrongly. Can you provide us more thorough steps on how to replicate this, or maybe give us the link on where this module still appeared for better check on this issues.
Sorry for confusion above. Currently, we dont have any setting on back end to disabled it. I have do some modifications on attached file. Can you replace attached on this path .../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/toolbar/default.php and see how it goes.
