Leaderboard - ratio of image

I found that thumbnail of user image in module Leaderboard is bad. You can check it in attachment. Is it right?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have added the block of css codes below into /templates/shaper_helix3/css/custom.css to fix this
