Nice move on the Leaderboard module by adding the 'Number of Recent Days' parameter.

All I think that's needed now is to have on the module and also on the LeaderBoard Menu Item parameters, the ability to select which point types to include - This would provide the awesome power to run all sorts of challenges / games / contests / point record histories.

So the admin could say "OK give me a Leaderboard based on the last 30 days, and just for points earned by doing X, Y and Z" (that should include any customisable point type activities the admin has added into the system.)

What do you think?!

Hmmm.. Given that when uploading points manually all that is asked for is:

a) UserID
b) Number of Points
c) Custom Message

I guess it's going to be hard to have multiple Leaderboard displays as we've requested here... so question to the SI team... is it feasible to have a new database column for points with a 'category' type of data... so then point allocations can be done by category - and therefore those categories can be used in the module and page menu item settings to then drive the various different leaderboard displays? EDITED: As I've grown my understanding I see there is a points_ID Database field which is unique to a single points rule.. so maybe categories not needed because you could have module / page view menu parameters that allow you to input multiple points_ID numbers to draw the leaderboards you require for any given purpose. Nice!
