I apologize, I was having trouble figuring out how to explain it. One of the features of my site will be that users can upload video lectures and blog posts or writing samples. This screen shot I attached is an example of a design my partner created to display the videos. The largest video for example would be the highest rated video. The other smaller videos next to it would be the next highest rated videos. However, we have been searching for an extension that would allow us to arrange the videos in that layout, and to pull the user-posted videos that have been given the highest rating. Any thoughts? And does that explain it a little bit better?

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

To display your videos or blog post in your customized format, the best way to do is to create a module and pull the videos / blog posts into this module. As for the layout formatting, all you need to do is to write your template layout for your module so that the module and display anywhere in your site

May i know where is this video posted? Using EasyBlog or some other 3rd party component? Maybe you can ask the developers of the 3rd party component to see if they have created such module?
