I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I believe the problem is because your template is enforcing a specific font on the page and this is why everything got reset.

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue? You may store your site access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so you don't have to provide these information all the time

I checked the css of the template and it seems there is no obvious css that is causing the issue, but the issue is still coming from your template.

If you switch the site to use another template, eg. Joomla's default Protostar template, you can see that the mobile version loads fine(http://take.ms/hJ9on).

Can you try consulting with your template provider regarding this?
