Layout of the list of posts

https://www.sitesuccess.nl/blog shows a list of my blog articles. Now, after updating, this list shows for every article a lot of pictures and no text. I wouldlike to show just one picture and the first alinea of every article.
How/where can I do that?

Some question concerning the list of blog posts of every category.
