It seems that your Discuss User app is outdated.

Currently, I am not sure why it asked to update and it can be replicated on my local site as well.

I will log this into our issue tracker for further checking.

For now, I had helped you to update it to the latest version which is 2.1.10 already and it should be working fine now.

Can you have a try and see how it goes?
