Layout configurations as dwbi show case website

Q1. How can we keep the filter option bar (with values Unanswered, Answered) displayed after the Category is selected? We have seen one the show case website implementation fits our requirements. Does it implemented by backend configuration or code change? Here is the show case we are referring to:

Do you mean when the user filter any option on this recent discussion page then click on one of the category link (http://take.ms/jgWBY)?

If yes, unfortunately that was not possible to achieve this at this point of time.

Q2. How we can keep the 'replies', 'views', 'votes' and 'likes' feature display in any view? In the show case, it display in all layouts, e.g. Discussion, Categories and Tags. Does it need code change?

May i know which page you would like to show these record on your site?

Q3. How can we configure the Category layout as the show case?

Unfortunately that was not setting to configure to show similar layout like "showcase" page as you mention.
But I noticed you still using very older version of EasyDiscuss which is 3.2 version.
