Hi,

I am using EB 5.0.16 on J 3.3.6

I have two templates - one for the home page and another for the rest of the site.

I have the latest post module in the front page in a content page using {loadposition xxx}

I have the routing behaviour set to Use Menu Item

The Use Menu Item is a text box (not a drop down as in older versions) and if I put the item number of the menu in there, it does not work.

Please can you let me know where I am going wrong - I enclose a screengrab

Thanks
Nick
Hey Nick,

I've checked your easyblog settings and it seems like you are still using older settings from your backend > easyblog > settings > seo. I've configure the settings to use default behavior and it should working correctly now.

Hey Nick,

The "routing behaviors" has / should be removed from the modules as we are no longer allowing this. The reason is because most site owner's doesn't really have any idea how to use this and this leads to lots and lots of duplicate urls. By default, EasyBlog will automatically detect the menu that was created on the site and depending on the view that is configured, it will then use the item id accordingly

When I remove the routing behaviour and leave it on default I still get the front page template shown not the inner template and the active menu item is the home.

Hey Nick,

Perhaps if you can provide us with the back end and FTP access to the site so that I can see your current setup?
