Latest update not working

I just tried to upgrade EasySocial through the dashboard. It started the install but then on Step 4 it stops and says "There are some changes made on the launcher for the latest version. Please re-download the launcher from our site at http://stackideas.com/dashboard"

Not sure what to do now... so I download new launcher, install through Extension Manager, then run upgrade again?
Yes download the launcher and reinstall.

Please re-download back the installer and try install again. You also can install EasySocial through Directory. You can use this documentation as a guide: http://docs.stackideas.com/administrators/setup/directory_installation . If this issue is still persist, please do provide us with backend access and ftp access so that we are able to assist you on this issue much quicker helped you update EasySocial.
