I went to update my EasyBlog installation today. As I run EasyBlog on two sitesI have to download and install this one manually. I note that this time I have downloaded com_easyblog_full_pro_5.2.14_joomla.zip
The previous download was com_easyblog_community_5.2.9_joomla.zip (I realise I have not been updating regularly)
Before going ahead I wanted to check I am installing the correct package.
I also looked to see if I could find my account information - what I last downloaded, when my subscription expires, etc. But cannot find a link. I can only find a link to renew my subscription, but it tells me noting about my current status.
Can you advise please?
Yes, because you already renewed your Easyblog license, so this is the correct installer package 'com_easyblog_full_pro_5.2.14_joomla.zip' what you download from your dashboard here https://stackideas.com/dashboard .

Try upload this full installer from your site backend installer page then proceed that installation.

Thanks. Why has the name of the folder changed from com_easyblog_community to com_easyblog_full_pro? It confused me!

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

The reason why is because now we no longer have the community license now, so the installer name will be follow back your current PRO license.
