The Easyblog Toolbar plugin is use to link Easyblog to Jomsocial toolbar to create blog post easily.

The function of Easy blog pagebreak plugin is to split one blog post into two pages, please refer to the screenshot

I have checked in your module manager, it seems like you haven't install Easyblog latest blog post module in your site yet.

By the way, I already help you installed, you can access using this URL -> http://yourdomainname.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_modules&view=module&layout=edit&id=294
