i have updated the siteinfo. its the System - EasyBlog Composer wich causes it. if i disable it pdf works, if i eneable it breaks. Worked fine before 5.1

It seems like you are right, when disable composer plugin, it work.

That was strange is because this plugin actually didn't do anything, just fetch the URL into composer cancel button link.

For now, I already disabled this plugin from your site, it will not cause any issue.

Is it possible send us this fabrikar installer and guide us how to create a page like similar yours so we can check further into our local?

Because just now i tried to troubleshoot on your site, i suspect something cached on the page from your server, because when i remove all the code from the composer plugin php file, it still unable to work.

if you give me some days i can setup a dummypage for you and send you the akeeba package ?

I think it would be best is create a staging site so we can troubleshoot this issue on your test site, so it will not affect with your live site since you did mentioned your website a lot of traffic, and make sure turn off all the cache system from your staging site.
