Yes, it should be fine.

In my suggestion, you have do the backup first before you upgrade, in case got any happening when you upgrading later, you can revert back to your previous backup.

I've checked you already upgraded to Easyblog 5 right? then I noticed you hitting one of the error when you open your blog entry page from frontend, can you download this file and replace in JoomlaFolder\administrator\components\com_easyblog\includes\comment\adapters\easydiscuss.php , it should fix this issues.

there is no folder named includes in easy_blog folder ....

The `includes` folder is under your Joomla root folder > administrator > components > com_easyblog > includes
If still can't find it, can you provide us with your FTP access so I can help you fix on this?

It seems like those blog post is not using post cover, to display image on front listing, you have to upload an image in post cover. Because this is different than inserting images into the blog post. It's a separate functionality altogether.
Our main goal is to assist you site owners by generating quality content and images and by doing that, we rely on post covers (called blog image in 3.9)

I sincerely apologize that there's no settings available to remove the Copyright Link. The only way for you to remove the copyright linkback is by upgrading your license from Community to Pro and install the Pro version on your site.

But they are being shown earlier, I've not made any changes, infact images are stored on remote server not on the hosting.

Can you check on your frontpage and blog entry page, it should show the image and blog format properly now.

But what if I need to place my images at remote server.

Further, any benefit of Post Cover instead of using the earlier version which automatically creates the post cover.

Post covers must be stored on the site and it cannot be an external url. In earlier versions we use the first image in the blog post as the post cover but this is problematic because some post may contain a "smiley" on the first post and it doesn't make sense to use the smiley as a post cover.

Also, you mean to say post cover will be displayed only as featured / related post on cover but on actual post, it will not show ...

I am sorry but I really have no idea what you are pointing out here Prashant. Post covers are used everywhere that displays the post image. If a blog post doesn't have a post cover, it will use the default image placeholder.

I'm asking if there can be any code changes like it was earlier which picks up the image from the blog itself. Actually, I'm placing images in the cloudinary cdn.
