Hi

I've got an easy blogs latest blogs module operating in the home page of my site but it's been brought to my attention that some of the posts listed, when clicked on, prompt logging in first and others do not. This is despite the fact that they're all the same category and all are set to 'viewable by everyone' - so I can't understand why some are prompting logging in first. Indeed the first one can be accessed via a different route - by clicking on the 'news' menu item and the post is then displayed in full - without any logging in prompt. I can't understand it or how I can ensure that everyone can view these posts when clicking on the link in the latest blog module, without being prompted to log in.

The reason why you hitting this is because this following blog URL menu item only can allow registered user access for example : https://nwr.org.uk/topics/poetry-corner/entry/big-read-2016-the-book-list-is-out

Got 2 way to fix this :

1. set these menu item access to public

2. configure a hidden menu for Easyblog (Post) frontpage. (I already help you created, you can check from my attached screenshot below)

May I know which of the blog entry that are having this issue here? I just tried to view some of your blog either from latest blog module or your easyblog frontpage but none of them will prompted me to login in order to view the blog post.

Please advise.

If you click on the 'Big Read 2016' item or the ' Best selling crime novelist confirmed for Brighton annual conference' item you'll find that both of these prompt you to login first.
