I am sorry for the delay of this reply, I've inspected that at your http://yoursite.com/blogs got the Latest Blogger module display on the sidebar (please refer this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/pbUJG8wuxe ).I'm missing anything here?
It only shows when I click the option "include no item id" which makes it appear on all pages with no itm id. This page is attached to a menu so it should have an item id.
I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. I've inspected that the SH404SEF catch non-sef without itemid. I've change the default to url that contain itemid (please refer this : http://screencast.com/t/BfVzdki1km4 ). It should works fine now.
