hi i've installed the latest blog module but is not showing comments.. how can i solve this? thank you.
Hello Serena,

Are you using any 3rd party comment tools in EasyBlog like Komento or Disqus? If you are using a 3rd party comment source, EasyBlog would not be able to load the counter for the comments

Hello Serena Taccari,

Can you provide us with the backend url and ftp access so we can have a better look on your issue here? This is because we can't replicate it in our local.

Please be advise.
Thanks.

Hello Serena,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
Actually i have a little bit confusing here
Regarding with your question in previous reply :
hi i've installed the latest blog module but is not showing comments.. how can i solve this?
recent comments module is able to fetch the comments. not the latest blog one.

Hmm, i'm not sure which module you're referring to.

But i have checked in your Easyblog frontpage, it seems like only the recent comment module is display on your frontpage.
I guess you're asking about that recent comment module, but it seems like the comment is appear in the recent comment module, check my screenshot below :
http://screencast.com/t/Noo8BglDHph (recent comment module)
http://screencast.com/t/PL15Zqtq (blog entry page _ comment)
Please advise.

...this is K2 you are looking at...
check this screenshot (you should go in the jomsocial community page)
you can try it here (you have to login):
http://www.il-dono.org/blog/latest.html
in the sidebar you can see the "comments( ) "
this stays empty even if there are comments.
this is the latest blog module.
instead the "latest comments" module shows properly the last comments as you can see here
http://www.il-dono.org/community.html

hope this helps
thank you

Hello Serena,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
Thanks for take your time to correct me getting wrong your meaning of previous reply,
I have checked in your Easyblog setting, as Mark mentioned in previous replied it seems like you have enabled the "Enable multiple comment systems" and "EasySocial comments" ( http://screencast.com/t/xEFHp1ZMAq ), so it would not load the comment count in the module section.
When i help you disabled that 2 option, the comment count is show correctly now. Please have a check. -> http://screencast.com/t/3r9xcdrW
