I made this observation and posted it on your recent blog. Mark requested I take it up here in the forum.
It's not a big problem simply mildly irritating.
Mark says he new about this, but as you understand I and I assume other users did not as we weren't informed.
Anyway if there's a fix for this in the next update it would be appreciated.
By the way Mark didn't mention the issue with komento update so the same here. A fix to the next update would be appreciated.

I'm using ssl and since the updates I'm getting a browser warning and the Checking for version information .... does not work without allowing unsafe content. This did not happen prior versions. Also Komento did not show the update from 2.0.9 to 2.0.10

Please post this on our forums and we'll help you to fix this. This is a known issue as we changed the way to retrieve information about recent releases.
