Hi I just was testing the this plugin in demo and I found one error and one suggestion.
Error: Last active xx min -- this is not updating even when the users are chatting.
Suggestion - Please allow to add smileys to the conversation.

Thanks for reported, perhaps you can post this issue in our issue page here http://es2.stackideas.com/community/groups/71-conversekit-bugs-squad , so our developer will come check on it.

Regarding with your suggestion, I will move this post to this category "Conversekit - Feature request", if a lot of user request this, we will definitely include this in future release version.
