Large Databases from mailer and notifications

Hi

Our Social Notifications and Mailer datatbases are becoming very large. What advice is there for removing some of this? Can you delete old notifications, sent up some sort of time period for deletion? Would replacing the database cause any issues?

Hi there,

Currently, we do have cleanup for notifications as you can see here http://take.ms/1Wpyfh. But it should be no problems for you to manually delete them(old notifications) manually. To make sure that those emails belongs to old notifications, you can check whether their state(state column) already set to 1 on this table '#_social_mailer'

Would replacing the database cause any issues?

Not sure if i understand them regarding this inquiries.
