I have problem with missing translation in czech language. I spent a lot of time with looking for these translations in attachment. Could you help me where to start?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. The sidebar title's are mostly from modules. You can just edit the modules and change the title
As for the filters on the top right you can edit it in the language file, /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easysocial.ini or your own localized file.
