After upgrading to ES 1.4.3 the system does not work for me with German menu language. When I switch the German menu language I get a lot of broken links. When I switch back to English US or UK everything is fine.
I deinstalled language packages and installed them again. But it still does not work for me.

In German language setting I cannot access most of the menu items like conversations, users, all users, search function, leader board entries, etc. Clicking on those menu items leads in just displaying the 404 page.

Also I still do have the problem with search function. The link given by ES is

domain/http://domain/... instead of simply providing http://domain/...

How can I fix this issue. The items are shown in the pull down of the search field, but clicking on those line items results in the wrong links as described above.
Hey Horst,

we encounter same problem with FR language file

Hi there,

The fix has already been made here, http://stackideas.com/forums/1-3-1-4-3-fr-fr-error-404-for-dashboard-element,-apps,-activity-log,-search,-conversation,-followers,-friends . Kindly refer to that thread and see how it goes.

Thank you very much. After uploading the "router.php" file everything is fine now with German menu language.

I still do have the problem with the search function in ES. Pulldown finds and shows the articles e. g. from EasyBlog but clicking on a specific line item results in page 404 because the link is given back as follows:

domain/http://domain/... instead of simply providing http://domain/...

hey Horst,

Thanks for getting back to us your first issue resolved.

Regarding with your second issue, can you try purge all the data from backend > component > smart search > click `Purge` button > then Click `index` button

After everything is done, can you try search again from your frontend and see how it goes?

if the issue still persists, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

Thanks for your reply. I did not yet have the chance to purge the data on my site.

What I would like to add here is that the Joomla content is shown correctly, i. e. the links for that are correct and I can open up a Joomla article immediately. Unfortunately the EasyBlog articles deliver the wrong links from the seach line items as described earlier (domain/http://domain/...). Also the seach results from the other Joomla extensions deliver the correct links (http://domain/...).

Hey Horst,

I've tested in my locally, it work fine for me.

If you concern about these Joomla content index data will get messed up after purge, you can actually filter only `Easyblog` and remove these indexed data from smart search component (screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/wyEtRXIXe ).

Then re-run again the `Index`, so it will store back the Easyblog indexed data. Then try search again from your frontend, if the issue still persists, I would personal recommended if you can provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you solve this quickly.
