Language issue - ES 1.4.1

Upgraded to ES 1.4.1 but we seem to have inconsistencies with language. Part is English and part is Dutch. See attached. This is strange in Admin area. However some parts which were correct on Front-end is now also not correct anymore.

It seems like this language string causing the issue :

COM_EASYSOCIAL_ACL_FILEUPLOAD_MAX_NOTICE="(Note: Currently upload_max_filesize was set to %1sMB)"


it should work fine now.
